The Basic Summary

One Source Communications, a Communication Lifecycle Management and IT Services company headquartered in Greenville NC, is looking for a sharp, ambitious and enthusiastic Specialist to join our Service Delivery team. We have a full time Wireline Orders position available where you will be able to learn a unique segment of the telecommunications service delivery process and interact with both service providers and our clients. Specific Responsibilities

  • Provide clients with “Concierge” service, seek every opportunity to build client trust in One Source Services by providing top quality work. Commitment to provide a consistent level of outstanding service to clients, always maintaining a positive attitude. Serve every client in a way that you want to be served
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of external carrier order systems and resources available to One Source
  • Navigate and interpret carrier billing invoices, customer service records and previous order records
  • Project manage the implementation of wireline solutions, including but not limited to, order entry, project tracking and documentation, vendor engagement, and updating internal systems
  • Ensures proper provisioning and follow-through on order requests from clients to satisfactory completion, analyzing requests, recommending solutions, and escalating issues as necessary
  • Methodical and creative in problem solving and troubleshooting order related issues
  • Offer specific suggestions for process improvement / task automation
  • Manage work time responsibly and efficiently.  Seek to serve other team members when all individual responsibilities are caught up
  • Demonstrate a commitment to doing what is right, be honest and sincere in all interactions with clients and co-workers

Essential Qualifications

  • Two or more years customer service and/or telecommunications experience
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Ability to interpret and logically apply information received
  • Microsoft Office proficiency including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Proven aptitude for learning about technology
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience operating in a fast-paced environment with a calm demeanor, maintaining a learner’s spirit and a win-win attitude
  • Ability to work a full-time 40-hour work week (Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm EST) which may include occasional overtime
