The role of the Sales Development Representative includes targeting and then converting prospects into qualified opportunities. You must have an entrepreneurial mindset with an aptitude for winning.

Our Sales Development Reps are the future of our sales organization. We want to hear from candidates who are interested in crushing their goals, earning uncapped commissions, and developing into full cycle Sales Executives.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Make outbound calls to prospects to identify high-quality opportunities
  • Demonstrate the value propositions of our products and services
  • Work closely with the Sales Executives to strategize on building pipeline
  • Manage a high volume of prospects to accurately and efficiently build pipeline
  • Schedule deep dive discovery calls for the sales team
  • Follow up on various marketing campaigns and events with the goal of building pipeline
  • Continuously develop sales and technology skills

Required Skills and Attributes:

  • 1-3 years of outbound calling experience
  • Experience working in a consultative sales role a plus
  • Desire to move into a role closing new business
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with an aptitude for winning
  • Proven track record of consistently executing goals
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
